On this video presentation,
Grandmaster Doo Wai teaches a special type of ging energy that will move a thin light paper once it is suffiently generated. In this presentation, Grandmaster Doo Wai demonstrates his chi energy moving a piece of paper that is sealed inside a plastic container which no air currents can enter. This type of energy is a ging and can be used for self defence.
Note: This energy cannot be gennerated at will all the time. The moving paper effect will happen, but you must be patient as you practice the daily meditation. After a period of time when you feel the chi energy around your hand is strong enough, then you can try the paper moving demonstration etc.
